Pick-up:

• If you would like to pick-up your order at our Knightdale, NC location after ordering, please contact us at: makeover_masterpiece@yahoo.com, to arrange date & time you can meet with our associates for pick-up.

 

Delivery:

• At this present time, we only deliver within the North Carolina Raleigh-Durham Triangle area. Outside of the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area or any international orders will be automatically canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• When furniture is delivered, it will be dropped-off at front door, porch, garage, and for some locations, the driveway, due to the health & safety of delivery person, so please be sure to have someone to help put furniture where you desire (We apologize for any inconvenience this my cause and appreciate your understanding.)
• Delivery Fee of $50 must be paid upon arrival before personnel unload furniture. Payment can be made with CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or with Cash.

 

Furniture sales:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Keep in mind that some of our furniture pieces are antique or vintage, which means that they may show signs of age that add to their unique character.
